A committed champion for accessible STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics) education, Dr. Watkins has built an extensive network and created STEM pathways that connect higher education, internships, and employment opportunities for underserved and disadvantaged youth. She continues to advocate for individuals with special needs and remains dedicated to the advancement, education, and protection of women.
Dr. Watkins also extends her service to local communities by supporting initiatives that address food insecurity, helping families access essential resources and promoting community well‑being.
